- Perform residential standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Follow Horizon Operations cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Arrive on time and maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Report supply needs, issues, or client concerns promptly
